North Memorial has nine primary care clinics in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Sherburne counties, welcoming over 125,000 patient visitors a year.  Supported by 150 caring employees, our 36 family medicine and internal medicine physicians, eight physician assistants, podiatrist and a physician practicing acupuncture, provide coordinated primary care from prenatal care and obstetrics through pediatrics, adult medicine and geriatrics.

Several of our clinics have NOW Urgent Care services either adjacent or within the clinic.  This is a valuable resource for after hours and weekend care.

Healthy Habits for the Holidays
"Thou shouldst eat to live; not live to eat." Socrates' wise words are certainly helpful for forming healthy habits during the holidays. As the season approaches, excess seems to be the norm, doesn't it? Celebration beckons us to the table again and again. Food and festive drink usually get the best of us, sometimes along with the failure to stay active. A little indulgence can be ok, but overindulgence usually only increases our guilt and stress. Try limiting the amount of sweets and drinks and have a healthy snack alternative before indulging in the festivities. This should help curb the desire for eating and imbibing more than you should. Keep active by getting out and raking what's left of the fallen leaves, shoveling what may be just starting to fall, or visiting a local mall with the intention of walking instead of shopping.
