People will do crazy things to try and break world records! Lukas Bates, from Maidstone, Kent, tried earn his place in the Guinness World Records Book for fastest marathon time dressed as a landmark.
Bates decided to dress up like London’s Big Ben during you guessed it … the London Marathon. While the current record stands at three hours, 34 minutes and 34 seconds. Bates found himself finishing with a time of three hours and 54 minutes. So no world record for him, but the footage of him running is “priceless.”
