We're not sure this is the right way to handle bullying, but maybe it makes sense in some cases.

"The Little Baby Face Foundation is a group of plastic surgeons who offer free plastic surgery to kids who are being bullied because of their looks.

--They've fixed everything from cleft palates to buck teeth. In addition to providing the surgery, they also make sure the kids have counseling to help them deal with the emotional scars of being bullied.

--Most recently, they flew 14-year-old Nadia Ilse from Georgia to New York and gave her $40,000 worth of procedures . . . after kids at school mocked her for having big ears and called her "Dumbo".

--They pinned her ears back, gave her a nose job, and did some work on her chin. She said, quote, "I look beautiful. This is exactly what I wanted.""
