Has Andie MacDowell gotten plastic surgery? She is 54 and has in previous interviews has been quite adamant about vowing to NEVER stoop so low as to have plastic surgery. Yet, she does all those anti-age Lo'real commercials....Hmmmm....Well, she was looking Quite different at the Cannes Film Festival on May 26th. Tongues are wagging that she has maybe done some plumping and softening of her cheeks with fat injections and perhaps gotten some Botox injections in her forehead. Her upper lip is looking extra plump too. (Technically, fillers aren't "going under the knife" I guess.) Check out the photo and judge for yourself....
