I told you a few weeks ago that MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY was dropping weight to play an AIDS patient in the movie "The Dallas Buyer's Club".

Well, TMZ got a photo of him this past weekend coming out of church with his Mom and he is so thin and weak looking it looks like his Mom is propping him up! Careful Matthew!
