McDonald's is launching their new Uniforms.  Uniforms inspired by... "Mad Men"!

Inspired by the AMC TV show, the new uniforms will have a retro feel to them with a bit of a '60s flair.

"We wanted classic design. A narrow tie will always be fashionable. There is a very subtle hint to the mod look, which has never gone out of fashion."

Female employees will be given lower-cut collars and pencil skirts for a more feminine look.

And, bonus! The new uniforms will be eco-friendly too!

I think I'm a little Jealous.  

Back in the day I used to work in the Fast-Food industry.  Hardee's.  Remember that?!  Yeah... those goofy hats and horrid polyester pants with incredibly un-attractive orange/yellow/brown plaid shirts!?

With a Mad-Men inspired Uni you MAY actually not look like a total dork.

I wish the Hardee's people woulda thought of that back then.  Imagine...

"Good Fellas" inspired Hardee's uniforms!  

     Customer:  "Yes, I'd like a Mushroom and Swiss Burger please"

     Me:  "What... I'm a cook for you?  I'm put on this earth to cook for you?  Jump Spider!"

Then I'd throw firecrackers on the floor (Bang! Bang! Bang!)

Sigh... oh so many days I daydreamed...
