Yes...Miley Cyrus adopted...she's a new mommy!
It's not a baby, its a very cute puppy chihuahua mix from Saving SPOT Rescue. Miley named the pup "Bean".
Miley has three other dogs: Siberian husky Floyd, Mary Jane, and Happy.
