It's a BOY for Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo!!!

Nick's wife Vanessa Minnillo gave birth Wednesday night to a healthy baby boy!

The 98 Degrees singer let fans in on the good news with a lovely announcement. He said:

"We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey. Born today at 6:54 p.m., he came into this world at 8 lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both of us."

Exciting!  I can't wait for the pics!
