WHO IS IT???  Hunky Matthew McConaughey!!!  This takes method acting to a who new level...I mean WOW. The normally buff actor is starring in the upcoming film "The Dallas Buyer's Club" where he plays a real-life HIV positive AIDS activist named Ron Woodruff.  He is seriously unrecognizable in this picture.  That can't be good for you.  CRAZY!
